Hi everyone, does anyone know of anywebsite some one can buy products from and sell them on eBay or Amazon and make some profit from it.

Will be highly appreciated if anyone knows any and can pass some on to me. Am a student and want to start my own eBay business.

Thanks.

To make some decent money, you would have to find a supplier (Difficult enough) and then buy loads of the said item (I'm not talking 5 or 10, i mean hundreds). Then you are risking a lot of money if you can't sell them.

To be honest it's very difficult competing with the big companies like for example Tesco, as they buy like tens of thousands of one item, so that they can get a reasonable discount with the supplier, and get the best profits.

You need to find the next big craze, then sauce direct from chinese manufacture....you then get a short window of a few months before the market is saturated....e-cigs and sky lanterns are a good past example.

Drop shipping is OK, but if dealextreme have an unforeseen delay then OP would collect a lot of negs very quickly.

You mean by not actually handling the goods? Or by handling then shipping?
As they must have a Dealextreme logo and invoice in them?

I'm still waiting for something to be delivered from them for about 2 and a half weeks now, most people on Ebay want things very fast, so you would get far too many negs.

it's called bustedforincometaxevasion.com After income tax and your costs in posting it wouldn't be worth your while. Go to the job centre and get a proper job like everyone else.

ok i'll be generous (free spelling lesson)If you live in the London area go to Wellers auction in Chertsey and buy stuff there to resell on Ebay, I used to make £100's a week

Thanks...will go to one of their auctions. Sorry about the spelling error. It was a typing error. If you can type as fast as me on the keyboard, you will know what am talking about :-)

I used to have my own business selling stuff on ebay plus other avenues. Have since knocked it on the head due to ebay/paypal being a rip off. Ok it is still cheaper than opening a store/shop to sell your wares, but i just got fed up of it.
Firstly i would suggest trying to figure out what you want to sell, then source a supplier of the said goods. Break it done to.... price per item + ebay list fees + ebay selling fees + paypal fees + postage fees + other expenses, ie petrol, stationary, electric etc etc. Don't forget if you are still making any profit after all of these points don't forget the taxman and maybe national insurance as well.
But saying all that, it can be done. I have made a fair bit of extra dosh over the past few years with no real bother for doing so.

Check out Google trends, see what's trending, sign up to Terrapeak see whats selling and not! Then source products from Far East depending on products.

Remember, if it's too good to be true then it is!

We bought of sex toys and "sexy" underwear from a seller of Alibab and sold on E-Bay; had to spend about £500 up front to buy but made a tidy sum. Bought about 4 job lots over a 10 month spell, trouble is e-bay stopped listing the "personal massager", people will buy stuff anonymously from an e-bay seller rather than go to a shop. And nobody is ever gonna complain about a faulty sex toy!
For a £2000 investment, we made just over £3k profit in a year.
The best part was the invoice from the customs and excise listing all of the items, if your sex toys are classed as health products you paid a different rate of duty.
Good fun whilst it lasted.

No you pay a penny to have the logo removed, but you're right about the wait time.
