Does anyone know if there is a website, where I can pay a monthly fee to insure my phone? Or if any banks do something similar?

Cheers

I'm with RBS, just upgraded my account to Royalties Gold for £8 a month or so, and it's insured through them. If I took the insurance offered by O2 it was £15 a month - which I thought was quite steep.

It applies to current accounts

I upgraded my Barclays curent account to Barclays Current Account Plus for an extra £5 a month and they cover my mobile phone now as well as my passport and driving license. Read that they also cover water/liquid damage!! The account also offers Extended warranty Cover when you buy a new domestic apppliance too. Policy excess is £25. Vodaphone were charging me £6.95 so I have made a saving.

I upgraded the Natwest Joint account to the Gold one (£12 a month) & this covers 2 iPhones, plus a whole host of other goodies (Annual Travel Insurance, Car Breakdown cover & a load more).

Well worth it than just going for your Networks phone insurance :)
