  And I tell You why... :
  1st: The model code number says A1303... this is the code number of the iPhone 3GS.
  2nd: The typography of the word iPhone on the back is not the standard used by Apple on all of their products.
  3th: The mute switch is on mute mode... but without the orange line.
  4th: Put the video at 1080p and look the apple logo from the back. You will notice that is all cheap paint almost peeling itself

  FAKE for one reason. The screws in the bottom are Philips heads which apple stopped using halfway through the iPhone 4.
  
  Steve Jobs ordered that the screws were changed to some security screws and all devices going forward used them.
  
  And i guarantee that the iPhone 5 will also use these security screws and not philips screws.
