Surely you just give vodafone the IMEI number? Apple just make the phones - they are not the providers - and its them that need to apply the bar!

Have you given Vodafone the IMEI though?

I`m with Guv on this one, your provider should block the phone.

lol @ ur avi

BALLLLLLLLLLLLIN

sorry to here about your phone.

vodaphone should be able to block it, as Guv says.
Check if you have insurance?

If you know the IMEI number then the phone can be blocked. However, this won't bring back your phone. If it was nicked from school you might get it back if you offer a £100 reward (or lower), it might be sufficient to make someone grass on the person who stole it.

The network should be able to blacklist it. They can see the IMEI number you're using, it's logged every time you use the phone. Ask them to blacklist as stolen and then it'll go across all the networks and no one in the UK can use it.

if you use it for the web, make sure you change all your passwords, the thief could be downloading all your emails and looking through your facebook etc.
