Is the Facetime really worth it 4th gen/iphone 4 users???
Does the 3rd gen have a compass? and GPS?
I can't find any feature lists for the 3rd gen??

Should I just save the money and get 32gb ipod touch 3rd gen??

Advice would be much appreciated!
Thank you

Do you, or have you ever used the video calling function on a phone? Do you know anyone that does? Me neither. And that's without the restrictions of only being able to connect to someone with the same phone as you and both having to be on wi-fi. Nice gimmick I suppose, but Apple should have concentrated on bringing the iphone up to scratch on other things first.

9700 user here complimented with a 3rd gen touch, typing on this as I type. No GPS, no compass no need for them on a Touch! GPS can work if you use say the tom-tom cradle or getting the blueooth gps reciever but you need to jailbreak and be on OS 3, no support for OS4 yet.

Oh wait RoqyBT4 is on Curia so now you can use the receiver on OS4.
