As the title says the question is "Is a a Jaffa Cake a cake or a biscuit? If it is a biscuit why is it called a cake and if a cake why is it kept in the biscuit aisle?

Anybody know the answer?

When the VAT man lost the case - as I recall it hinged on biscuits became soft if left - and cakes became hard.

Or was it the other way around? :whistling:

If you keep a cat in a dog kennel, I believe it would still technically be a cat. ;-)
