I doubt it unless you have a special plan.

Free Numbers
There are some 0800 numbers, normally Telephone Helplines, which are free to call, for example: 0800 1111 (ChildLine), 0800 441111 (Bullying Helpline), 0800 400222 (ChildLine – Textphone), 0800 555111 (Crimestoppers) and 0800 7383773 (0800 Reverse).

Calls to these free numbers will not be taken from your inclusive minutes allowance on any Pay Monthly tariffs, or your free minutes allowance on any Pay & Go tariffs.

It is also free for Pay Monthly customers to call O2 Customer Service numbers.

Click here for a full list of numbers which are free to call for O2 customers.

03 Numbers
Ofcom has introduced 03 numbers as an alternative to chargeable 08 numbers e.g 0870.

Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02), and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances on O2 tariffs.

Use this: http://www.0800buster.co.uk/ - save it to your contacts and then use it every time you need to call a freephone number on your mobile
