Wait till they phone you every other week. Asking how much it costs you in call costs now that you are no longer on bt for calls eg talk talk and when you tell them nothing they call you a liar.
It costs nothing to phone other talk talk customers (i tell them) and saying as all my friends are on talk talk that means I phone them for free. They will insist on phoning you back in few weeks time and repeat to fade.

What is even more annoying is they only have your data as you were a customer - so are abusing it as you are no longer their customer. We are on the mailing prerevice - which is meant to stop junk mail - but BT still happily spams us through the letter box too.

The last time they called my ex directory number to try to sell me their serivce - I was waiting in for a bed to be delivered and the PC was mega slow with downloads - so I kept them talking with the most ridiculous and obscure questions for over half an hour.

It was only when I told them the colour of my underwear - and asked theirs that they ended the call.

I am marking all as spam (its google mail) - originally I just deleted them.

SO soon they will not appear to me - as they will be seen as spam - and it will assist towards all their emails on google being treated as spam too.

I too use google mail , you need to set up a filter as well as put it into the spam folder and mark it with spam, that way you wont get anymore

click on spam or whatevea folder its on, then tick the box on left hand side, then select - more options drop down box
Click Filter messages like these, then select - delete / never put in spam or other folders

click ok ...your done :)
