True, just something about him that i dont like, i remember Mr Ecclestone saying he could have been one of the best drivers but he has fallen in with the celebrity lifestyle and its gone to his head

Prefer him to Lewis.

He's English and he's winning, so we don't like winners in this country of ours, we prefer gallant losers!

People forget that F! is a car race first and driver race second,Hamilton driving Mclaren last year made him look like the best driver in the world,Strange how people arent thinking the same about Button,

Button for Prime Minister, I say !!!!!
After all those years under achieving in an under acheiving team, finally RB has put him where he should have been 5-10 yrs ago.

Much prefer him to smug boll*cks Hamilton (not that he's so smug these days).

Nigel was the best - I was there at Silverstone when he took Piquet on the outside.
Balls of steel and a great 'tache !

I do find it strange how people seem to dislike our F1 winners, so many people seem to dislike Hamilton so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that there's now dislike for Button. After having a lousy few years I'm glad to see Button's patience paying off and while he has a good car his driving has been outstanding with hardly any mistakes and quick consistent laps even on sub optimal tyres.

I agree, I think JB is brill, and he is doing fantastically, its not just the car. Lewis was quite arrogant and I can see why some people ddint like him, but Jenson is great and I really want him to win the championship

I never quite felt the Lewis was arrogant. I think he had just the right amount of self-belief for a person in his position.

I'm happy for Jenson too, just not quite as excited as I was for Lewis.

I dislike Jenson Button from working at functions where he's been a complete a-hole. I haven't met Hamilton so can't comment on what he's like but Jenson is up himself and a bit of a twonker so I don't care whether he wins F1 or not!!

I like him, I hope he wins the F1 season as I would love to see Brundle eat his words. There was is an award for the best british drivter in F1 and Jenson won it just as Hamilton was starting to come good. Brundle presented the trophy to him and made the snide remark that it would be the last time he would get his hands on it.

At least he can drive, lewis might be good but take away his traction and ABS and he's pants so far.

You can't fall that far that fast - the changes in the cars have made a massive difference, I know they changed the aerodynamics and all which has also put them back but he's not even come close to having a good drive this season.

Jenson however is showing raw talent, never had a car with all the bells and whistles and just could not compete, now all the cars have been rained in he is showing real, consistent talent.

I hope he goes all the way!
