It's really up to you dub1.
But I'm sure you're aware that a suspension means he will be back soon :)

well the deal has already been done:?

If you get the item, pay the man. Don't see why you even need to ask tbh.

(and no I don't think you'll get suspended or banned if that's the real reason behind the question:lol:)

feedback should be left, feedback is about your deal, not whether they where banned or not, and by looking at their FS threads they werent banned for something on there, unless the team decided not to say

They got the suspension for asking for a DS card 'pre-loaded' with software

Dub1 : If you're happy with the drive, carry on as usual. If not they're on a 3 day suspension so will be back soon

i never asked was feedback left for a user being banned or not (ive left enough feedback to no what its for) i mean will i still be able to leave them feedback as they were trusting enough to send me the drive 1st all being well i wanted to return the favour by leaving them feedback (obviously after paying for the drive etc)

I was recently suspended and did 2 deals during.
Granted, it is up to the discretion of the buyer/seller to determine if they want to.

I guess there's no right or wrong.

ell you have totally lost me there, they sent you the item, without payment, so still amiss what you on about, but never mind im sure you do - lol

Yes you can and should leave positive feedback especially as the user is new to the site and posted 1st, which takes trust.

Its a shame we are banning individuals like that for simple infractions as opposed to giving a quick warning but hey ho, maybe we should have a "inner sanctum" forum for banned members... I digress somewhat

The other user isn't actually a new member, nor is it their first FS infraction, but if you receive the item the appropriate feedback should be left.

We are thinking of taking away suspensions for first offences and simply giving a warning.

Please read this thread on warnings and infractions and add your thoughts.

As ray says, though, this isn't their first offence.

Again, my comments on suspensions were more from my own personal experience that this one. Although do think the site needs to be careful as encourages more takers (i.e. lurkers) than givers due to a fear of being banned.

But will post my thoughts in the appropriate thread.
