not with current traffic conditions..I'd give it an hour before I rang.

I had this at Xmas with Citylink, supposed to be delivering from 8am-8pm, my order didnt turn up until 8.15pm, at which point, they were no longer answering the phones!

Right. I wasn't aware of any traffic problems.

It just kind of confines me to my house until it arrives. I don't actually have anything important to do, but I would like some milk. Possibly a bag of Haribo. I'm not sure I can wait an hour.

Yay it's arrived. :w00t:

Funnily enough I don't want milk or Haribo now. Tesco online it is...the laptop will get it's first task.

When couriers say "between 8am & 2pm" or whatever times, it's because those are the route times for the driver who will be delivering to you. Remember that he's got lots of other deliveries to make, and at each stop he has to wait for somone to answer the door, hand over the goods, get a signature etc. If no-one is in then he's got to try a neighbour's house, fill in a card to say he called etc. So if the poor guy doesn't turn up by 2pm don't complain - it just means that it took longer for the courier to get to your house than the company thought it would.:)
