Basically, due to my sons special needs, I'm starting him on a gf/cf diet, which is actually proving to be quite difficult when you've got a 3 year old that is particularly fussy about what he eats.
He's taken to soya milk with no arguments what so ever and I've been to Tescos today and looked in their free from section for things he can eat, but to be honest, I'm finding it really difficult to think about what I can try and get him to eat from the limited selection they had. I've found cereals he can eat,. along with some special biscuits, soya yogurts, cakes and pasta, but my Tescos has a really limited selection and I'm struggling trying to think what I can give him as absolutely everything has got to exclude all forms of gluten and dairy. I've just ordered a bread maker so I can make him gluten free bread and was also looking at a yogurt maker because he loves his yogurt and at £1.50 for a pack of 4, I can see his yogurt addiction getting expensive, lol.
I was just wondering whether there is anyone else that is currently on this type of diet or has knowledge of it, as I'm pretty much in the dark and have no idea where's best to buy specialist foods like this from and if there's a website with dedicated recipes on it?
