If you're running I.E. just add the page/url to your favourites.

or better still use the thread tools and subscribe to the thread . lol

Do you know how to bookmark ANY webpage?

It would be no different if you wanted to bookmark a thread in HUKD.

IE is internet explorer, which I'd think is a banker you are using!!!

hmmm now i have a related question.
When you add a thread to your subscriptions does it only show up the next time a post is made to that thread ?

Guv/Emma/anyone ??

It should show up in there immediatley, but comes to the top when posted in.

Thanks Emma, have seen now that it shows up when posted in , couldn't however find it until that stage.

Tried it in a couple of threads, probably just me.

I just did a test, and it appears right in the middle of my list.

I'll try to explain something though - if you added a sub for a thread, where the last post was before the last time you had threads marked as read, it would appear down the list, as your UserCP only shows those marked as "unread". Oh dear, I can't explain this very well.

It's fine Emma, no worries.

The only important part (to me) was to let newbies know that it doesn't show immediately otherwise they'll be thinking they done it wrong etc.
I didn't know :)

ok i hope you don't mind me butting in here, but as newbie myself where can i find a list of members, sometimes i cannot find things i have looked at earlier, for instance i looked on the discussed and found the word association thread now i look again it is not there, i have found this to be the case on other threads i have looked at then gone back to and it is not there checked the hot etc, does not show there either. I thought maybe if i made a note of the subscribers name i could check back via that route aghhhhhh i hope i have not confused you.
cheers DEE

edit to above, i have now opened me peepers and noticed the above poster has placed the links to all the questions i have asked. Thanks

Hi Woodkitten and welcome !

FYI that "poster" is a moderator which brings us to another point for newcomers if you're reading this Emma.

How can they tell who's a moderator now ? Unless I got it wrong only through asking ? Not all will have the confidence to do that.

All mods have some usage of the word mod in the title under their name :)
