Is there such a thing as a portable home phone with a headset?

Am going to be making lots of calls and could do with a home phone with a headset, preferably a cordless phone as there's no phone line in my office, I currently use a cordless phone but could really do with the other hand free. I guess I could use handsfree but would prefer a headset like they use in call centres if such a thing exists for normal people to use?

Anyone seen something like this before?

Thanks!

Google:
BT Wireless Phone Headset

One of many results...

Cordless-Phones.uk.com

Cannot say whether this is a good piece of kit, or a good vendor, but try Google for more results if all else fails.

BFN,

fp.

EDIT:
The headset on the BT Shop site:

Plantronics C65 Wireless GAP Headset

Great, thankyou. Wasn't sure they existed.

I have this phone and it says it's gap compatible, I assume that means I just need the headset for £85?

Can't believe they charge £85 for what is effectively just the phone but sellotaped to my head!

Anyone know whether the headset port will be in the base or the phone? If it's in the phone then that's my easy solution for £40 rather than £85! I assume it must be in the phone as the base wouldn't be able to dial without the phone if you see what I mean?

i've got a siemens gigaset which has a 2.5mm jack in the handset, so you attach the headset to it and carry the handset on a belt clip

Brilliant!

I assume the one I posted earlier is the cheapest price? I doubt I'll get the phone for much under £18, and a headset will probably only cost a fiver.

I assume it works ok and is reasonable quality?

Not sure what you mean about hifi? Either way thanks for your help, will give one a go I think, may upgrade to the wireless at some point.

Have Amazon vouchers so it looks like this one is the winner, £77. Anyone any comments before I order?

Changed my mind! £77 of vouchers spent so not cost anything as such.

No need to worry about wires or putting a new base station in.

Well, it's arrived, but I can't get it to work!

Have done what the manual says, made sure base unit pin is set to 0000, set base to registration mode, set headset to registration mode, but they don't find each other. Have tried 2 different bases now, getting annoyed!!!

Any ideas, and yes I have fully charged it!!
