Hi,

I have been looking for an IPOD Nano and just found the following one at $42.18 which works out at about £28.12.

This offer sounds way too good to be true and also it has free delivery.

Does anybody knows anything about this website? is it genuine? Any feedback would be really appreciated.

I am very tempted and also I guess because I can pay with Pay Pal in a way it should be safe isn't?

I am so glad that I have got Hot UK Deal which I can rely on before I buy anything :-)

Seems to be a Chinese drop seller.

Also looks like it is for wholesale customers only.
therefore you'll have to buy at least 5 units...

Just a few thoughts...

Yes they are a legit wholesale company so you would have to buy the minimum amount but well worth it:thumbsup:

Lets look no contact details shown it just redirects you to login screen.
Its a china website.

Most fakes originate in china.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is (too good to be true!)

So I wouldnt trust it to be genuine.

Yeah but you seem to forget that nearly EVERYTHING is made in China, both fake and geniune products!

Okay ojn further investigation - I'd stay well away from this 'supplier' !

A web search indicates there are complaints of non-delivery scams and fake goods offered by sellers on the site.

Some more info can be found here:

Looks like these guys are actually just selling items on behalf of individuals in China.

BE WARNED ! -> This is a risky purchasing method...

Thanks for your replies.

Uhmm it does sound a bit dodgy. But if it was indeed real then you could pretty much buy 5 for the price of one. So really the wholesale argument would not matter :-)

I think you can buy one though, I tried to just add one to the basket and it looks like it worked, obviously I did not complete the purchase.

We could even get together a few of us and buy 5 in order to get it at that price if they were real. We just need someone to be willing to take that risk hehehe.

I am still tempted though hehehe, but as I said before I am glad I got you guys so rely on.

I wait and see what else people have to say.

If it really is 5 for the price of 1, then this couldn't be real. It would mean that Apple are selling to them at approx 10% of RRP (based on wholesalers profit margins), which even for wholesalers is unheard of. Avoid imo.

I have been aware of DHgate for a few years and can assure you the item will be fake.

When you scroll down, one of the image is that^. And wow it looks so real I see Apple brought out a new iPod a silver coloured with silver keypad, and also the black bit around the screen has been made bigger.

I laughed at some of the pictures, obviously fake.
