I have just contacted T-Mobile as I am due an upgrade they have offered me the following:

Sony Ericsson C902 for £50
100 mins, 200 texts and unlimited internet for £22.50 a month.
I currently pay £20 a month on Flext 20 and get £34 allowance that can be used on calls or texts...

What do people think?

You can try and be cheeky and say that another company have offered to match the deal plus throw in a Wii/360/PS3 etc

Has worked for me before in the past.

I tried and even said that I wanted to cancel and they called my bluff. I said that I was still in touch with other networks and would ring them back...

Looks terrible to me tbh :)

Compare it to my 600 anytime mins Unlimited Web browsing 1000 texts and a free Nokia E90 from o2 for £20 pm.

So call their bluff and actually cancel. Sky did the same sort of bluff to me until I actually cancelled. Trust me you can find better than what they offer at the end of the contract.

got to agree, what their offering isn't great at all and a quick hunt about will find a better deal. so actually set the wheels in motion to cancel your contract and chances are you'll be offered better. if not then you'll find a better deal with minimal fuss.

That is good. Was this as a new customer or upgrade?

But do you get the C902 for less than £50. As this is the phone I want. I can keep my phone and pay £10 a month and get £34 worth of credit a month to use...

I got to choose my phone for free, its Nokia 6500 slide, I don't really care for the handset, I don't like bricks which they pretty much all are at the mo, too big and cr4ppy.

Any other recommendations re this deal?

Well I decided to leave T-Mobile and to be honest they never really attempted to stop me. I have joined Vodafone and got the following:

C902 in black free
Free next day delivery
18 month contract, but can upgrade in the last 3 months
150 Min's
500 texts
unlimited Internet

£15 for the 1st 3 months
£25 for 12 months
£30 for the last 3 months.
