I currently pay £33.50 a month (with ebilling discount included) for XL TV, 10mb BB and M phoneline I think its not a good deal but need some advice! I am moving in a few weeks, should I call retentions now or wait til I move and get a better deal? This really isnt a good deal but whens the best time to haggle. What are all your deals please? Thanks

I called to tell them I was moving house and I was told we have to start a new 12 month contract if we move, which is very awkward.... were you told the same thing?

I was told we must take out a new contract which at the time I also thought was strange but I said yes anyway and they gave us XL phone for 12months free. (I think it's XL phone anyway, free landline calls)

L TV, L Broadband, XL Phone for £34/month (including e-billing)

We spent £15 last month on phone calls so I guess it's a good deal for us

I have 10mb Broadband, XL Tv and Large Telephone for £38.44 (including £11 phone line) Not in contract at the moment and was told that any 'new' contract would cost more than my current deal as my current package was heavily discounted. Was reasonably happy until Setanta went. My mobile contract ends soon and was wondering if adding a Virgin mobile to my package would be worthwhile?

It's worth a call, they offered me a contract with touch screen phone (they didn't say what make/model) and i'm not sure about the minutes/texts for £7.50/month
