T-mobile are doing the Combi35 deal for £25pm, 18 month contract. It has 800 minutes, unlimited texts and for £5 extra a month you can get unlimited internet.

Vodafone offered me 600mins unlimited texts and internet for 25 quid wth a HTC hero, I believe they are quite cheap phones.

I don't think vodafone support the HTC hero so it was more likely the magic i'm guessing - they didn't support it when I went for upgrade anyway!

That is a good price, however the size of the HD2 put me off, also having tried out the hero i am very impressed and am favouring it.

I've flirted with the notion of waiting till the nexus one but think it'll be expensive and demand a 24 month contract which i'm not interested in, 18month is bad enough.

The T-Mobile deal I mentioned above was better, you should have gone there.

There is no way he is even going to use those minutes and texts, was the unlimited internet we were bothered with because thats all he will use. Never uses the phone, used about £20 a year on his old phone (no internet). Using the internet on this one all the time though

I went for a Hero on a 24 month contract. Costs £19.99 but you get that back in quidco. Then it is £19.99 per month for 300 mins, 500 texts (not sure if this is correct but it was a good number of texts) and unlimited internet, on T Mobile.

So a long contract but a great monthly rate!

Well i can't seem to get a better deal on Orange so i think i'm just going to go with it. Shame really as ikeep seeing all these good retention deals posted

thealternative is 400mins and unlt inter and textx, but then i have to pay £20 for the phone and don't get the £30 auto cashback . the extra minutes would be good to ensure i dont go ove rthe allowance, but i'm fairly confident i wont (hate talking on the phone lol)
