You wouldn't find me buying it. too many discrepancies.

To me it looks fine unless its a hijacked account.

Get there contact details before sending payment/buying?

I would avoid for two reasons
1) he is selling two
2) there is no photos of the actual item with username beside it

We had the same guy being asked about a couple of weeks ago, running the same ad, telling the same lies. It was a scam then, it'll be a scam now, too.

i would also avoid because he is selling two.

Mentions there unwanted upgrades which is perfectly normal to sell 2 of the same ive bought plenty like this before.

And again just ask for contact number/landline to call he cant say no. If he does theres your answer.

Dont you think it's odd that in the feedback he has only been selling Games??? And now there is nothing else on his account apart from the two phones?

I dont know  , just thought that that looks suspicious i.e feedback from 48 people in the last month on various games and none fors sale now (last feedback left today)... Or possibly the seller is totally hooked on game consoles....

which makes things look less suspiscious no? Ppl do not sell unwanted upgrades every week, They do it once a year.
Hes stated hes selling for his brother or something? well they probably do not know the real value of the phone. You can get a bargain on ebay sometimes. I would not say its a scam unless you contact them and ask to speak to them on the phone.

they are selling for £350 all day long and my first impresion was scam but i could be wrong.

Are you going to buy it and let everyone know if it was a genuine seller?

1) He is selling 2
2) He has no photos of the actual item
3) the BIN is WAY bellow average BIN price (i sold one for £400 about 2 weeks ago
4) That is not the Touch HD in the picture he hasnt even bothered to get the right picture
5) Saying there will be a delay in posting
6) Selling for someone else
7) The wording just seems off. (if you see what i mean, + its all in caps)

All of these ring MASSIVE alarm bells for me

Say you want to pick the item up and pay cash on collection, see how the seller reacts :-D

hi there this is not a scam,as you can see from my feedback,i dont rip people of,it is on orange, and there is no micro card, and as far as my details are concerned i dont give them out,so hope that answers your questions, may i ask why you think this is a scam?

SCAM.
The touch HD comes with an 8gb Micro SD as standard.

Alarmbells should be going crazy for everyone now.
