Right guys and girls im usually quite technology savy and like to think I know my stuff but this TV has me devided.

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/502663/bush-s632f-32in-100hz-full-hd-digit

it would seem on paper like a good deal, pro's being the 1080p and 100Hz as well as built in freeview. Cant seem to find any reviews and well it isnt getting much heat on here and well being sub £300 makes me wonder if it isnt all its cracked up to be. Bush are generallyy quite a good brand sure they are no samsung, or panisonic, but im am after a 32" plus TV and its gotta be full HD with a good 100Hz or more for the sports etc. really dont wanna spend more then 400, so what are peoples opinions??

Going back a few years Bush tv's were one of the worse you could ever buy, I have no idea what they are like now, but past experience would never allow me to even consider one.

For not far from that price you can get brand name tv's
and while some of the brand names might not have 1080p it's only Blu ray players that actually have that
Sky HD doesn't support it, neither does Freeview HD, or Freesat HD, so why spend extra on a full HD tv when you have nothing to watch that IS full HD?
(unless you have a Full HD blu ray player and have full hd blu ray's to watch)

The contrast ratio does seem a bit low...

Cheers thats helpful 'ish.

But you telling em things I already know. I have a PS3 so yes have plenty of things to play at 1080p also wanted it to be a little future proof, I know you dont really see much difference unless your at 40" plus anyways just want to know about the TV's general reliability and features.

as for freeview HD it doesnt even exist yet lol. But you are correct on the info about sky HD and freesat they are usually broadcast at 720p or 1080i

The difference between the darkest & brightest colours isn't very high. In broad daylight you might struggle to distinguish similarly coloured dark objects on-screen. E.g. A movie scene set at night time.

its a bush - avoid!

The contrast ratio is very very important, it determines how bright the picture will be- so don`t go for it. Bush isnt a good long term investment. I went for that 280 -290 pound Toshiba Regza and I`m very happy with it. The pictures are great on the PS3 games, BD disks, and TV and DVD as well...
