  a month after buying a netbook off them i am still awaiting my refund..mine came without any accessories/battered box (and i mean battered!) sticky keys...they dont answer emails and i had to escalate it through ebay as they actually REFUSED my return within 7 days.
  you have to return through djhenry who dont answer the phone...and then await the refund-as i said a month on still waiting...and i have bought other things off them and been fine..so this is just wrong. Even ebay said they are not selling within the law and following DSR.
  DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  READ THEIR FEEDBACK LOOK AT THE NEGS ABOUT THE REFURBS!

  you can try calling argos on the number on your paypal payment and ask for your refund

  I've bought loads off them and always had fantastic service, next day delivery in most cases, small items they use RM, larger items they send by courier

  yep i got lots from them but it was the netbook which isnt new stock but refurbs that im complaining about. It was utter garbage and the way they have handled it is unprofessional and illegal.

  As I understood it, a lot was getting 'lost in the post' however I was suggesting perhaps they should make sure the stock is getting that far at least. However reading the negs most of them are referring to refurbished items not non-arrivals
