My Ipod touch needs new songs, however my old computer failed and the itunes software was on that.

Now i have a new computer and I have a new itunes, is there anyway I can plug my ipod touch into this new itunes without it deleting all the songs and starting afresh?

Just been doing the same thing myself - though I managed to copy all the music library from the old pc onto an external HD and then copied it all from that onto the new pc. Can you get into your old pc at all?

apparently you can export your library as a whole through iTunes it's self,
I found out after doing it the hard way!
