For a week and half, not a massive amount of time but its the longest ever for me but i have noticed something. I tend to pee quite a lot, is this something to do with the body getting rid of waste products?
As I am into weight training and got this diet from muscle and fitness it does go hand in hand with weight training so it is great for me and i can really feel the difference. Im not bothered about using the scales, just what i can see.
But the question really is- is the peeing due to the diet?
