Glad i wasn't the only one thinking this.

From the first pictures shown of him yesterday and then after all this time he comes out with the fact he saw 3 people leaving the flat but couldn't be sure whether it was her or whether the others were male or female ....... hmmmmmmmm

My missus was saying last now how dodgy this guy looked and had "evil" eyes. I just ignored her as always.

There's a recession on! Lets not waste squillions on a trial. He's obviously guilty

Even if he hasn't done it he should still be jailed, with key discarded for the comb-over.

He looks like something out of Scooby doo, 'old man...' That face can't be real.

You could save a lot of money in this country just by having a lineup of criminals rather than an actual trial. Just have 5 people walk down the lineup and vote on who is guilty and who isn't, majority vote decides verdict. You could process dozens of criminals a day for next to no cost.

WoW look at all the Miss Marples in here Lmao :-)

Huntley did the same thing did he not ? Gave "info" on Jessica and Holly's whereabouts or something similar then got done up for murdering them. Another senseless death and another greiving family, its not like we dont have enough without random people adding to the mix.

Although innocent until proven guilty and all that jazz too of course.

I seem to recall a poor guy that was almost lynched by an angry mob of half brains as a Paedophile , when in reality he was in fact a Paediatric Nurse.

Paediatric??? Get him!!!

No he was a DR and lived in Paulsgrove, which as a DR, he should have known better as it's a dump.

Doctors tend to know about medicine rather than residential areas within the UK and their merits. Though I'm not a doctor and have never heard of Paulsgrove, do you think that makes it ok for him to be attacked for living in the "wrong area"?

So that's OK, it was his fault then..

Most murders are committed by someone known by the victim. Boyfriend must have been right at the top of the police suspect list, next will be family, friends, people in the same block of flats etc........so there may not be anything in it.

That would mean they would be suspected, not arrested.

Someone known by the victim and in the same block of flats..... someone like the landlord you mean? 8)

Considering he was the landlord, most likely he had access to the flat in which case it would have been cake for him to either wait in the flat for her coming home or to simply "plant" her purse, phone and keys at home after committing the offence.

It does seem to fall into place, she probably also trusted him at the same time.

So this guy is guilty because of his appearance and where he lives then?

I am not saying that he isn't guilty, but in the UK people are considered innocent until proven otherwise.

But of course that doesn't apply on here it seems, watch a Sky News item, string him up.

Beggars belief.

I would like to think the Police have a fair amount of evidence against him before they would make any arrests in a case like this. Like everyone though, he should be entitled to a fair trial.

Agreed, however the majority of posters on this thread seem to have found him guilty already.

Good point. Be a bit silly if he had it in his flat. Imagine being court on evidence of a Pizza.
