anyone else also dreading august when john cena returns?

I feel so good at the moment , its just like the attitude days again only this time weve got a revamped JERICHO and randy orton leading the way.

I get a horrible feeling when i think of john cena returning and we just know he'll win the title again i mean its stupid.

I don't think Cena = Politics. Vince decided to keep the belt on him for so long, he was his cash cow.

Triple H - Politics

Randy Orton has been a lousy champion so far, cannot wait for Y2J to take back his strap.

I don't really have a problem with John Cena. He's not my favourite, but he works hard, is dedicated to the wrestling business and just goes out and entertains, which is mainly what he's paid to do. He obviously does something right as merchandise sales for his products are always high and he is the favourite for many children, which is the market he's aimed at. Also, he doesn't beg to have the belt or sulk, Vince puts the belt on him because he knows John Cena is very profitable as the champ, although Cena was scheduled to lose the title to Orton anyway.

John Cena has probably the best work ethic in the e. I liked him back when he was a "wigga" but his superman title run was just stale. And as Arsenal fan said, he was aimed at kids and women.

I agree JC is probably the best entertainment the WWE currently have, with such other acts being absolutely shocking ie Great Khali what a jib, hes not even Indian!

Personally I like Randy Orton's character, his arrogance suits him, but Ive never liked HHH

However to this date nobody has replaced the Rock's energy created when he pulsed to the ring or the roar of a stunner from no other..

I was a big fan of the attitude era but I gave it another shot recently, suffice to say Ive stopped watching now.

He's not good entertainment anymore imo. He's lost his promo edge. And Khali is indian!

I like Randy Orton, just think his title run has been weak.

Ahhh the attitude era, those were the days.

What! OMFG! My life is over!

I guess when they fall 15 feet it doesn't hurt coz it isn't real, or when they get injured and are out for 9months, it's not really true.

what ever happened to the bushwackers? they rocked!!

they havn't replaced either the rock or stone cold and it really shows.

guys like orton and cena are no more than jumped up intercontinental champions who have bee propelled to fast to the main event.

it took the rock and stone cold years to get to the top of the tree.

as for hhh, well back in the day of dx he was a great wrestler now he's nothing more than a body builder who just happens to bang the bosses daughter.

hbk is still the best thing in the wwe and along with taker are the only 2 wrestlers i really want to see.

To be honest, I never liked Cena anyway - especially due to the amount of time he had the belt (I know a few years ago people were unhappy with the amount of time that Triple H had the belt, but I would've taken a long reign by Triple H over Cena any day), and dread the time when he is going to come back - however that is a long time away anyway, so there is a lot more that can happen between now and then.

I felt that Edge's return at Survivor Series wasn't good enough (especially pulling Batista over Taker) - I was hoping what would happen would be that Taker would win, but before he got the chance to celebrate, Edge's music would suddenly hit, and he'd go running down to the ring with a chainsaw, and use it to slice open a bit of the cell to get in, hop in the ring, do a few spears, and it go off the air with him standing tall.

In comparison though, I really liked how they had Y2J return on RAW, the way they did it is pretty much the way that I was hoping they'd do it (though I did also hope that Saliva were there and the music would suddenly cut into King of My World, and them rising up out of nowhere, with nobody knowing they were there too up until that point).

I feel that now is the time to also push Jeff and Matt Hardy both to the main event levels they deserve though, and I also see Kennedy as having a big future ahead of him.

I don't feel that anyone should be attempting to emulate Stone Cold or The Rock anyway, that wrestlers need to forge their own identities and following, and get popular themselves.

Erm, what do you mean? The injuries? Most people know when an injury is legit. People have broken their necks and their backs in the ring.

Matt definitely deserves a push, his feud with MVP has been great this year, too bad he's injured now. I like Jeff, great wrestler and everything, but I hope he has fixed up now for good (drugs, lateness etc...)
