  Why was Barton banned instantly for his antics, yet they delay John Terry's racism case? And barely anything was done for his knee on Alexis Sanchez.

  A Chelsea legend, hated by non Chelsea fans, loved by his own supporters. He is no different to the likes of Barton, Ferdinand, Cantona, Maradona etc. all of which are despised by those not supporting the club they play for.

  The court case will decide on racism, so innocent before proven guilty should always be the fair default.
  
  What he HAS done, for all to see though does demonstrate totally unacceptable behaviour.
  
  Those that govern the game and clubs are seemingly approving of such behaviour, so you have to look at them too.
  
  If you are seen to get away with something then it will continue and inspire others to do so.
  
  As a player, he has shown just how great his talent is.
  
  So it's such a shame that he himself feels that it's right to behave in such ways.
  
  There are also a fair few other players that act inappropriately in many ways too, so things should be looked at on a wider scale to show fairness.
