Ordered F1 2010 from shopto in the middle of January £24.85 it was pre order so I didnt expect it to turn up immediately yet I never got any emails for a while. I checked it recently and there was no mention of it in my account, no order or preorder or delivered. I sent them an email requesting any information on the order and this is what I recieved
"Sorry to hear about this issue with your pre order. Our technical team have looked into your account and have identified the issue. When we came to process your pre order for F1 2010 we did not have enough funds on your account to process your order. This looks to be because of an under charge on your order of EyePet (£29.85), made on the 20/10/09. The payment taken from your card for this order was only £24.86, which has left a debt on your account of £4.99.
When we came to process your pre order this was seen on the system and the pre order was cancelled due to not enough funds being available on the account. Currently you will be able to see £19.86 in your account balance, which is the the amount you paid via PayPal minus the £4.99. You may re-order F1 2010 now and pay the difference. This means your account is settled and you will have no further problems when ordering with us. Apologies for any confusion caused here. "
I dont even remember about anything that happened 18 months ago, yet if I had been under charged I probably would lol, as it never happens. How can they suddenly decide after all this time I owe them money without any emails or anything else. Terrible customer service I wont be using them again an I have asked for a refund which will probably be £5 short
