Just bought a 'brand new' microwave from Tesco

I just came back with a new microwave from Tesco and found grubby finger prints and a small mark of what looks like blood (probably just crusty food remnants) on the outside of it. Pretty annoying. Will take it back for an exchange later, but I want to know if I'm within my rights to have a bit of a moan and get some money back too? Waste of time, petrol, hassle etc.

Don't they just have random names on a lot of high scores in games, just to make you feel like you've achieved something.
