Just tried to order 2 blu rays off mymemory

And each time it said that payment had failed authorisation, yet I've just checked my bank balance, and I have two charges of £19.98!!
I only wanted to order once! And each time it said it had failed!
What should I do?
Also the orders aren't showing up in my account!

they are usually pretty good at mymemory so should be able to sort it out for you

With most companies, as soon as you click confirm payment, the amount is pre-authorised in your account. If the payment fails, it still shows, but usually clears within 72 hours or so. Although you can't spend the money in the mean time, it should come back into your account automatically.

Just rang my bank, they said that both transactions were accepted, so one of them needs to be cancelled, and gave me the authorisation codes to give mymemory!

Yeah I've had this happen before, but the money went back automatically. Ermmmm, Yeah, I think you need to sort it out with My Memory
