Since you can get them on the 3 network, my guess is yes. Bear in mind its a guess, dont have a 3 card to try

yes it will - you will need a sim update from the network though (if it's a brand new sim)

Yes it will, I got my k800i unlocked (previously on Orange) and now I am using my 3g sim card with it. No setup required just pop the sim in and it should pick up signal after a few seconds.

The one thing I would recommend is to disable the 3g signal, as it is quite weak and also eats into the battery life of the phone.
My number would always go to voicemail. But now I have disabled the 3g signal, But my number hardly ever goes to voicemail now, this is because 3g have a back up 2g network, I believe its Orange. Also my battery lasts 4/5 days without charging as opposed to charging it daily.
So in effect you will have Orange Reception which is brilliant. I know all this because I do a mobile phone degree.

And oh yeah, if you do want to use the internet you can just switch the 3g signal back on.

Anyways hope this helped:thumbsup:

PM me for details on how to disable the 3g signal

i really wish people (ie original poster) wouldnt confuse the term '3g' with the network '3' (Three)
