Karaoke dilemma

Would you go on a karaoke night out with mates/colleagues if you knew one of the people going was a really good singer? Do you reckon it'd spoil your night if not everyone is just gonna be wailing badly down the mic, like karaoke is meant to be?

lol I love the old cheesey karaoke! Thankfully none of my friends are great singers (neither am I) so we do enjoy it. My husband is a brilliant singer! But we ruin it for him when he is up singing by heckling all the way through it!!

Just go and enjoy yourself!

Go, get drunk, (attempt to) sing, no-one will care.

Personally I'm not a big fan of karaoke. Only time I enjoyed it was in Glasgow, the place we were in basically encouraged everyone to get drunk, then they have tables of people up "singing" at the same time so it's not just you on your own - good laugh, but the hangover the next day was terrible....

It's a blooming karaoke, Not xfactor, Who really cares, 99% of people can't sing.

In my experience the really _really_ good singers get slated. Everyone wants to hear the people who think they're good, but suck.

Lol, no, why? Do I need to make some friends in Essex to make sure everyone sings bad?

It's a night out not an audition!

Just go and have fun.

I'd rather go with a bunch of good singers than a bunch of crows.
