Dr Whites are the ones with the straps!

(Just don't ask how I know)

Are you referring to sanitary towels? I meant more like bath towels, they always seem to have them on Big Brother and the like but I never see any anywhere.

sew a length of velcro across the top of an ordinary towel

Yes Primark had them last year in with all their summer beach wear range. got my daughter a couple for holiday.

Never seen them anywhere else though, and not sure if primark are still doing them.

Oh no - forget you saw anything - I feel so ashamed

Let's just say if I'm ever at your place and happen to be washing my face... I'll be scared to ask you for a towel :w00t:

Haven't trailed through all the pages so apologies if this has already been mentioned, but Avon do one with elastic around the top and a long velcro fastening. I've got one and it's still going strong, so much easier that wrapping around and tucking in a normal towel. Can't see any online but have a word with an avon rep if you know one as they might have one in a brochure.
