Hope u manage to get a fix as i know how annoying it is and I hope your laptop helpdesk is more helpful then Nintendo were as they were useless....

Have you put the WEP key from the hub onto the laptop?

Edit: If its a white one the key is stored under > Advanced>Wireless>Security

I have a feeling it may be on the back of the hub as well. Not sure about that though.

Have you changed the login details? if not...

* Username: The default username is 'admin' (lowercase)
* Password: The default password is either 'admin' (for software before v6.2.6E), or for later versions, the password is your unique Home Hub serial number (either on the sticker on the back or underneath the hub after the 'S/N:' bit).

Apart from that you could try google on how to perform a hard reset, which should then allow you to use the above login.

"relate" if they still exist can offer relationship advice and may help your lappy and bt hub to start "talking"

Press the little pairing button on the back of the router and type ya key in when u try to connect :)

As Shengis says, the keys is on the back of it, unless you changed it.

Hope it helps :)
