Am needing to get a new laptop to mainly run the Adobe suite (fireworks, indesign, illustrator etc).
Which one would you recommend out of the following two?

go for the Turion one, but both will run it easily

As karen said both will run it easily. On paper the Packard is the better machine... however i do prefer the 'feel' of Toshiba's and would go for them over the PBell if that was what it was based on. Shame the Tosh isnt £50-£60 cheaper or that would have been a better choice for me.

If thats all you need it for you could get a cheaper model or if you got £399 too spend you can get a tosh with the latest i3 cpu for £399 :)
