The price is £380 and for that price it's a fairly good spec

Is it a good spec for doing what?

Fairly powerful for the spec, but bare in mind the battery life will probably be poor as this CPU is derived from a desktop CPU and in the past when AMD have done this they are not very power efficient. However if you will only use it at home it should not be that much of an issue.

It's also likely to run hot so running it on your lap or sat on the sofa or duvet is probably not a great idea.

i just want for net and maybe odd game of championship manager, watchin films/listen music, general stuff like. i seen it had a card instead of on board, so helps and cpu is on par with intels i3, so seemed a gd buy for me, am tempted as havent really seen anything under £400 that is on a par with it
