it seems to working fine apart from i cannot adjust the screen brightness.

what should i do to adjust the brightness??

Usually Fn (bottom left of the keyboard) + an F key (all along the top).

The ones I have here and Fn+F8

if its the same as a fujitsu i used to use, you had to press the fn (function button) then use 2 of the f keys for brightness up and down, there should be some sort of symbol on them to represent brightness. Apologies if its not the same for this model

Not if you want to change the brightness via the control panel it isn't.

It would depend on the graphics software and drivers not the operating system.
