I bought a dell laptop with extended warranty a few years ago.
Over the last year and a bit I have been having the same problem with my laptop. On 2 separaet occasions a dell engineer has tried to fix the problem, but the problem appears every few months or so.
Does anyone know is there anything in a warranty that states that if the company can not fix the problem indefintely (as it keeps happening every 4 months or so) and it is same problem, then I am entitled to a refund of the goods?
The reason I ask is that this same problem with the laptop can occur time and time again, and once the warranty expires I will have to pay to get it fixed, which should have been fixed whilst I had the warranty.
Anyone know about this kind of thing
