Hi, i ordered a laptop from laptops direct and it arrived today - However when i opened the outer delivery packaging i realised its the wrong laptop - far worse than the one i ordered!
I phoned them up and they said that the only way to sort this out is for them to send a courior to pick it up tomorrow, they will recieve it on tuesday, inspect is for a day then send a new one on wednesday with 4 working day delivery.
Do you think i should demand they send me a new one for tomorrow and take this one back and then they can sort out the rest.
I say this as i need the laptop by tomorrow..
any responses much appreciated..
