Torrent users looking at you here!

I hooked up an external hard drive to download Final Cut Pro 2 Studio once it was 50gb but I copped out of it and then just went for 4gb of the apps only.

The largest one i ever downloaded was a 30gb Every Episode of the Sopranos Torrent.

Runner up is 23gb of brazzers.com porn which is currently underway.

Like that's 50gb right there it's pretty crazy how fast HDD is used up!

I've downloaded 1.04TB since I installed Alt.Binz and that was only a few months back.

nice, do you watch them straight on your computer? what format do the come in?

I thought about downloading HD Films but i just can't be bothered buying new HDDs all the time the cost of buying them is worth the convenience of being able to play them anywhere etc.

How about 52gb for every Dr Who episode that starred Tom Baker?

It's on Pirate Bay, I'm waiting for a new external HDD before starting the download...

I use virgin im their £37 "20mb" service, its not 20mb but I set it that high because when I was on 10mb and they began throttling it, it would really effect my browsing and everything else it was terrible.

So now on 20mb when they start throttling it doesn't hurt as much. I leave it on over night also

They use ADSL don't they? Requires a BT Line? I do not have a BT line my options are limited in that respect, although I do not mind Virgin even with their throttling I do just fine downloading. Also when I don't pay my bill i get a couple of months before they cut me off to pay it lol

ah yes fair enough... bt sucks

Currently downloading the original Incredible Hulk at 27.1GB. Don't know what the biggest single torrent was though. Possibly SG-1 which is over 70GB:thinking:

Shouldn't the title be "Pirates R Us"? :pirate:

You're talking about the Bill Bixby series? That's awesome, is it DVD or VHS rip?

Think most of it is DVD but some of the later files look a bit small so thinking they're vhs.

I use bulldog. Have the unlimited 8mb deal with phone line for £30/month.

They're being taken over pipex now though so don't think my bandwidth feast will last much longer..

I don't use torrents, I use usenet.

press CTRL+F4 and it saves all the images to your hard drive so you can use it offline :)

You mean Alt+F4 surely????

But that's PDVD. Every episode in the complete ST series (TOS, TNG, DS9, VGR, ENT, TAS and the movies) would fit happily in about 275GB of disk space. Can't be exact as i've manages to lose ST TAS somewhere along the line:whistling:

We regularly fill 3 200GB drives, only to empty them and re-fill again. We average out at about 30GB a day ^^
