was just asking as you get HD & SD content also you might use it for gaming, also most can be used as a pc monitor.

It is probaby a techorarma or whatever they are from tesco, cheap ones...

Just google LCD vs Plasma for plenty of info on the difference.

Personally i would go plasma for a far more natural picture for TV viewing. Each has it's pros and cons, and everyone their own preference. Decide what you are going to use it for (TV only, PC, console etc) then read up on the differences.
