Le Tour de France 2014...with added Yorkshire puddings :-)

Bradley Wiggins cuts his own nose off to spite his face by being a crybaby & wanting to be team leader...so Dave Brailsford leaves him out :-)

Chris Froome is the defending champion so has to be the lead rider & he did support Wiggo 2 years ago so I think Bradley should've reined in his showbiz ego & done a job for the team :-(

I love Le Tour & almost wish I was on the dole so I could watch it every afternoon...why do only fools & horses work la-la laaa la...

looking at the route for Monday your nearest place is over at the Tower or along the embankment as they'll come flying past there towards Westminster, I think i'd head to Buckingham Palace as they go around the Victoria memorial & down the Mall, that's gonna be awesome :)

To be honest i am really surprised they didnt call it a bank holiday on monday as travelling around london before 6pm is going to be fun;)

perhaps i'll try to infiltrate buckingham palace (using my comedy terrorist outfit) and and get onto one of the balconies.

tsome years ago here used to be an easyinternet cafe on the strand with a 1st floor from where i got a great view of the royal family processing towards st pauls.

i can't remember the occasion but the strand was heaving - people standing for hours beforehand.

little did they know for a couple of quid they could have watched everything in comfort from above.

yorkshire tea are throwing packs of tea into the watching crowd.

http://yorkshiretea.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/yt-TdF-sample-packs-430x281.jpg

they are giving away a year’s supply of Yorkshire Tea to 30 people. We’ve got 10 prize packs to give away on each of the three days the Tour de France is in the UK – July 5, 6 and 7.

To enter, you’ll need to get your hands on one of these lovely packs – and then tweet #teaonletour with a picture of you holding it...

I have been watching the teams training over the holmfirth- woodhead route daily over the past week , bloody impressive how they power up the climbs , fantastic event for the area as the locals really have got into the spirit of things , it;s much more inspiring for the young uns than watching the overpaid ponces who kick a ball around nowadays

How can you tell what inspires one person to the next just by watching people participating in a sporting event?
