I handed my resignation the other day, Just doing my final shift week!

Went in today and found out I could get pay for the holiday i have accrued?

Is that true? Or just a rumour?

- its a part time job btw but I do have about 9 days of accrued holiday!

Of course you can as you've worked for it and are legally entitled to it.

You can still be paid for the holidays pro-rated.
You need to directly speak with your employer, take a look at the gov sites.. loads of info there regarding your rights

yes you are entitled to it. They "should" give you the money for it on you final payslip.

yes you should, as long as you dont 'lay a log' on the bosses desk.
ie; keep your nose clean.

Yes, you will. It will be on a "pro rata" basis. That means you will be paid a % of your holiday balance based on what stage of the year you are leaving and set off against holiday you have already taken in this year.
