The annual passes my kids had, they had their photo on them. I suppose if you look similar, you'd get away with it. But the answer you didnt want to hear "they are non transferable".

Nope when you have an annual pass it will have a photo id and when you get to the gates they will obviously check it out. Legoland have a strict policy on this. I had to answer this today in my interview lol.

...thats a shame because its not everyime that you'd both be able to take the kids..do you have to go to a sperate booth then when you enter with an annual pass?

Legoland does not always check the picture on the pass....when you get to the gates you just put the pass into the card reader and it will unlock the turnstile......(i think thats what it's called) you bypass the ticket booths

I was told today that they check them so dunno.

does that man they sometimes do check the picture?? We have used our friends kew gardens pass before and they never check them but legoland states that any attempts will mean ticket will be confiscated but i nevr saw anyone checking tickets as it looked to be automated bardcoed readers on the turnstyles..not looking to rip any one off buts its not cost effective for us to by 3 annual passes when we'd rarely all go as youngest is only 2!!!

wife took kids saturday, we have annual passes and the kids web brought tickets - there was no one on the turn-styles (spelling?) checking and they all walked in. would not have had to buy kids tickets if we were sneaky.
I suggest going and seeing if there are people on the entrance, if not use it, if there are then grab a ticket!

I second this idea.

When we went on Tuesday we just scanned our own tickets (not annual pass, just standard ticket)

my advice is dont risk it. we tried using our neighbors passes last month and got caught out. we went to a turnstile without someone on but they must have spotted us as someone came and checked the photos. the passes were taken and our neighbors couldn't get them back. lucky the passes were due to run out in August so our friends were ok with it.

we ended up buying our own passes because they were only £10ish more than the full price which they were charging us to get in.
