When my old dyson machine wasnt repairable anymore it was replaced by domestic and general for a new lg machine.
This was in november 2008 and the machine has a 2 year lg warranty and i purchased a further 3 year extended warranty again through domestic and general.
The machine was delivered by comet.
4 weeks ago it broke down and after contacting D&G they told me it was LG's problem as its under lg warranty,rang lg they wanted proof of purchase which i didnt have as it was insurance replacement,rang d&g again and they duly sent me the comet purchase reciept for the machine,rang back lg and they are now saying that its comets problem!
I feel like banging my head off a wall,surely 2 years manaufacturers warranty means just that,LG's problem surely?
Comet have just told me not their problem they only delivered it!
I'm going round and round in circles and dont know what to do next,seem to spend all my time on the phone and am getting nowhere :o(
any ideas of what i can do to get lg to come fix this machine?
