i bought a tv and the right hand side of the lcd is slack, after getting littlewoods to send out and engineer to look at the tv it was decided that i would be filed for getting a replacement on the guys report.
So littlewoods phone today asking if i wanted the same tv or different and i said yes and they gave me delivery of this monday and they will collect the old one,
anyways just logged in to my account and noticed they have added the price for the second tv on my account
is this standard practice and then they will refund the tv i originally bought
or have they made a mistake??
i have never had to return anything before
i obviously stick the lable addressed to them to the box
what about the one that says customer proof do i take that bit off, and who signs it and dates it
and the bit that says its faulty do i put that in side the boox or on the outside
i asked the woman when she phoned me to organise the new one and she said i just fill it out the normal way but ave never had to return anything to them before
