I was just going through some old e-mails, deleting etc, and came across an
email I sent to Littlewoods:
I recently placed an order for goods which totalled £35, and after using a promotional code,
this was then reduced to £10. I have noticed, however, that the full amount of £35 has been
taken from my bank account and would like this to be reviewed.
If the promotional code is not valid (despite its acceptance upon order) then I wish to cancel my
order placed and request a full refund.
Thank you for your time
And the following response:
Thank for your e-mail about your order. I apologise for the misunderstanding which has arisen . It
appears that the promotion has now been applied to the account and refund made to your card
I hope that this information is helpful to you, but if I can be of any further assistance, please do
not hesitate to let me know.
Regards Patricia Williams
Do you think this would consitute Littlewoods acknowledging the validity of the promo code for me??
Or perhaps I'm just clutching at straws.. If not, I don't mind paying the £25 as it was my fault for not checking that I could use the voucher :/
