Just ordered somethin for £18 using £15 off and it came today. In my email confirmation It said the total price was £3 cos Id used the vouicher but now the bills come and it says £18 and doesnt mention the voucher code.. its not up on any statements yet so Im wondering if thats normal or theyve charged me the full amount cos now Ive seen all the bad stuff about how voucher codes dont work and Im worried!

They charge you the full amount and THEN reimburse you the discount amount.
howevr be prepared to have them coming at you for that £15 back if that voucher wasn't sent directly to you.

I have had no probs with codes, all still showing on my multi accounts with every branch of the Great universal web.....isn't the £15 for new customers only???
Depending if you have credit terms or pay up front it will work differently. Credit terms will take it off online via transaction history, then click on the big arrow and it will display credits.......pay up front with a card and they will charge you then give it back a day or so later.

Do you mean bill as in delivery note? Everytime I've used a money off code the delivery note has always shown full price, if it's a % discount, or 3for2 it shows the discount on delivery note.
*Money off code as in £25 off £50 spend for eg.
