What are your thoughts?
Is it time for Benitez to go, I'm a Liverpool fan and last night was a farce, the better team won and tbh we were lucky to even get to extra time given the chances Reading missed.
This isn't hating just interested in peoples feelings on the matter

My own feelings are (as much as I respect what Rafa did for us), we need change at the club, I hear it's going to cost £XX but how much is it going to cost us in not qualifying for the Champions League.
Then the question begs itself who would replace him?

Finally why oh why does he keep playing Lucas 'liability' Leiva?

I'd love that, but would he really be interested given the current ownership?

Not long ago any manger would feel honoured to even be linked with the club but I'm not sure that is the case now.
Maxi Rodriguez watched last night , I'm surprised he didn't get straight on the plane back home!

Probably not but i wouldn't discount the club changing hands by the end of the summer especially with the way they are playing.

I hope it does, I think the owners bought what comes with the 'brand' with no real feeling for the club

I'd like to see Lawro take the spot. It fascinates me to see his predictions every weekend...ALWAYS having Liverpool for a win. It's be interesting to see if he stays that confident as the manager ;)

Noooooooooooo..............i remember when he was our manager at Posh. It was the worst football we have ever played.

Aquilani is making Veron look like a shroud buy... He was/is absolutely woeful.
I've supported Liverpool all my life and can never remember it so bad. Souness was a managerial genius by this seasons standards.

Not all of Ferguson's Man U years were successful; perhaps he should be given more time?

Yes - but Fergie didn't have much to work with, and he gradually improved. The Waiter seems to be making Liverpool worse by the week - all that money spent on players and only Torres is the one who shines, barely anyone coming up from the ranks either. Forgetting the Champions League, he really has done nothing.

The problem is, if he leaves then I think Torres will be soon to follow.

Just checked the Liverpool FC Wiki...it seems they have a defender called STEVE IRWIN! Is that true or is somebody playing silly buggars?

On the flip side, if we aren't playing in the Champions League, we could lose Torres anyhow.

Torres hasn't seemed fit for awhile now but Rafa has played him (probably because he knows he needs results) problem is (now?) Torres is out for 6 weeks+, where are goals going to come from......we don't have a second striker. That is why I couldn't understand letting Crouch go - England international who could and would get goals
