You obviously didn't see all the empty seats around the ground then?
Capacity of 45,522. Around 10% empty, for a club as big as Liverpool playing against Chelsea, on the final home game of the season that is shocking!!!
From my seat I was too busy watching the game, average attendance is 42,770 so a drop of 2000 for a midweek game which had little meaning and after a cup final trip, well I think that's hardly shocking.
