My OH playstaton account has been hacked. He had a email saying the user account had been changed , he didn't check emails for a day or two so he contacted playstation to say it wasn't him. They said they would get back to him in 2 days and try and change the settings back. 3 days later i checked our online banking to see 3 transactions had taken place for £10, £20 and £30 though playstation. So we contacted them and they are saying there is no way anyone can access the account without us giving them the password , which there no way on earth we have .. i don't even know it! So they won't refund us. We have cancelled the card with the bank and they are looking into it but is there any thing else we can do? Sorry if it doesn't make sense, i'm just So angry.
